Music-Dj.com: James Kekanovich, Dj & director of qpoint has been in the music business and marketing field since 1988. He has performed at School Dances, Nightclubs, Corporate events, Weddings and Tradeshows.
The 80s: James began his music career doing his high school dances in the 80s. He also developed an extensive music knowledge while working at Sam the Record Man, Yonge St., Toronto.
The 90s: James expanded to the role of: "Dj and promoter." He created memorable events for nightclubs, corporate events and brand experiences. This also led to a record deal with Sony and a variety of special projects with Universal, Polygram, Island A&M records.
The 2000s: James continues to focus on music and his Dj career. His knowledge includes current and past trends. The music collection includes thousands of songs from all eras. He teaches music marketing at the college level and is involved with special marketing projects that connect with music.
